The location of this is very bad, very far from any stores and the city center. The rooms are quite small and the bathroom doesn't have any doors and the pillow is quite hard. One nice thing is the services of the employee is very nice 👌 There's also a pool table in the reception(Very fun) Honorable mention: View is quite nice. Can see the train tracks

The hotel was bright and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It was odd not to have a hairdryer provided in the room and there was only one, rather thin and hard, pillow each. I'm sure that the staff would have provided more pillows and a hairdryer if we had asked, but with a one night stay you just put up with these things!

The staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to help us, moving us to a second and then third room to accommodate our needs. Breakfast is very reasonable but on one morning it was very busy and the staff couldn't keep up with demand.

The staff went above and beyond giving us a board room so I could eat a takeaway with my children in peace. They were polite and made the stay. The manager James was exceptionally courteous and so good with the children too. One staff member Lauren, had driven her tractor to work and gave the children a go in it. Thank you 🙏 to all the staff. It’s rare to have such a friendly staff these days and so welcome.

We joined with a coach holiday package. Starting with the good stuff, the room was lovely but slightly worn on the paintwork, breakfast was great and the service with breakfast. I was disappointed with the dinner service last night as the looked to be quite short staffed, the food from the set menu was average and came out quite late, we finished eating at half 9 which was far too late for us. I was. Impressed with the manager as she looked to be doing the work of 5 people but really felt for her. Overall a good stay though.

Worst experience. It was an extremely hot weekend and the hotel does not have any air conditioning and will not provide fans. The most uncomfortable I have ever been. The hotel was full of rowdy people which meant I was unable to get any sleep when combining the noise and the heat. Woken up at 6am by parents chasing children around the corridors shouting. Dirty room as well. They have an ironing room but the iron burned my shirt and ruined it. I wish I had booked another hotel

Not a great experience at all. I was charged the full amount of my planned stay, on the credit card I had used as guarantee on the booking, way before I arrive at the hotel, even that I had booked a flexible rate, for which the payment would be at the hotel! I also had difficulties in getting an invoice with the proper billing address I needed (only the manager was able to help me with this upon my departure - many thanks!). Be aware!
